Ordering
Q: Can I get a discount on my first order?
A: Yes, If you sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of the home page, you'll receive an email with a 20% discount code!
Q: Can I buy these from a local shop?
A: Not just yet. We are working hard to get these in to well known retail stores.
Q: Can I order over the telephone?
A: We don't offer a telephone ordering service. But if you have any specific questions regarding ordering, You can either start a live chat or email us at help@air-ly.co.uk
Q: Can I choose my delivery date in advance?
A: You can specify on your order a date you'd like it delivered, However we can't guarantee with the courier it will be that exact day. But we will always try our best!

Q: Are you looking for a refill?
A: You can find your refills on our website under the "refills" menu.
Q: What's sustainable about your products?
A: Traditional car air fresheners only last 2 -3 weeks before you have to throw them away. they are also packaged in plastic. Air-ly is packaged in a premium metal tin and comes with a 10ml bottle of oil. Once your air freshener starts to loose its scent, you can re infuse your air freshener by adding 6-8 drops of oil per side and allowing your wooden air freshener to adsorb the oil over night (8 hours). Once absorbed, your air freshener will be as fresh as the day you first opened it. Your first air freshener will last a total of about 10 months (including using the oil refill). Once you have used the oil, simply head to our website and buy another 10ml oil (about 10 months worth of freshness) for £4! Reducing plastic waste and ensuring you get the best value for money long term. Good on the environment, good on your wallet!
Q: Do you do Gift Vouchers?
A: Our gift vouchers are available from our online shop under merchandise and gift cards. These are available to purchase for £10. £25, £50 & £100
Shipping
Q: How long does the postage take?
A: We aim to have your products on your doorstep within 2-3 working days. Sometimes it's even faster! You can find further shipping details on the shipping page.
Q: How much is delivery?
A: All UK Mainland shipping is £2.50.
Q: How big is an Air-ly disc?
A: Air-ly's are 9cm tall X 6cm wide
Q: Do you deliver to the whole of the UK?
A: We ship everywhere in the UK mainland
Q: What if I'm not in when you deliver?
A: Our courier service is Royal Mail. If you order one or two air fresheners they will come in a package small enough to fit in your letter box. If you order more, Royal mail will deliver this in a box too big to fit through your letter box, so if you aren't in, they'll leave you a "sorry we missed you" card.
Q: How long will my delivery take?
A: Delivery is typically 2-3 days. Your order will be packaged and passed to Royal Mail the same day as ordering
Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: No, We don't offer a tracking service yet, however we send you details for your delivery confirmation tracking
Q: My order has not arrived, what do I do?
A: If for any reason your order has not arrived within 5 working days, You should contact us at help@air-ly.co.uk and we will do our best to track it down.
Q: Do you deliver on weekends?
A: Royal Mail do deliver on the weekends.
